If you accept our offer we will need a prepayment of 50% (Paypal, Bankwire, etc.) to start the CAD design.
Your jewelry will be designed in a CAD 3D jewelry program so it is made just like the picture you give us. We communicate with you every detail of the project.

We verify everything with you before doing the molding.
STEP 3
MOLDING
Every detail is confirmed. We know the material, the plating, stone type and size and color, and your special instructions.
It time for molding.
We email you the picture of the 3D mold. Now you can give us your last advise before we start the casting.
STEP 4
CASTING & STONE SETTING
Jewelry casting is the process by which a wax pattern is made into a jewelry mold and then filled with molten gold or silver to create a custom piece of jewelry. It is also called lost wax casting because the wax is always “lost” during the process of making jewelry.
When the stones are ready, the jeweler will set the stones into the piece of jewelry. Afterwards, they’ll make sure the stones are truly secure before sending it off to polishing and cleaning.
STEP 5
POLISHING & PLATING
Our team is skilled at jewelry polishing use a wide array of machines and hand held tools to remove uneven or rustic surfaces from gold or silver. Using wheels and bits charged with abrasive compounds the polishers shape and contour surfaces.
When all of the jewelry polishing is complete, and all surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned, a jeweler can apply any chemical finishes needed such as rhodium plating, or gold plating. In short, it is the artistic skills of the jewelry polishing team that brings out the shine and lustrous finish that make gold and silver so enamoring.
STEP 6
QUALITY CONTROL & SHIPPING
Once your masterpiece comes out of production, it enters quality control. Here we will check for accuracy in your order, metal quality, structural integrity and security, stone alignment, setting quality, and finishing.
Once it is finished. Your masterpiece is produced. We send you pictures and a video. Now we take the rest of the payment and ship your jewelry by Fedex, UPS or DHL Express.
